Where does SPP ship orders to? At the current time Sports Profiles will ship orders to any addreses in the United States (including AK and HI), the US VI, and PR excluding POB numbers.

How long will my order take to ship? All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Once processed, your order will be sent via our standard shipping policy, UPS ground, Expedited delivery is available for an additional cost.

Is there express delivery available? Express delivery options include UPS Overnight ($15 additional cost), UPS 2-Day Overnight ($10.00 additional cost), and UPS Saturday Delivery ($25 additional cost).

How does SPP calculate shipping charges? Shipping rates are based upon the weight of the items you order. Once you place your order, shipping and handling charges are calculated based on the shipping method and destination you choose.

What carrier does SPP use to ship orders? All standard delivery items will be sent via UPS ground. Express delivery items will be sent via the shipment method that you select. All gift cards are sent via Federal Express to ensure tracking and delivery.

Are there gift wrapping services available? Currently gift boxes and gift wrapping are not available.

What is the SPP Exchange policy? SPP will exchange items only if they are defective or damaged upon receipt. To exchange an item, email or contact customer service for a return authorization code and follow the directions listed in Packing and Sending your return.

What is the SPP Return policy? SPP is proud to unconditionally guarantee all of our merchandise. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may, within 30-days of receipt of your order, return merchandise that is in new and unused condition to us for a prompt exchange or refund. Items returned due to damage or error on our part will be credited for the entire order cost, all other returns will be credited for the actual item cost only, excluding shipping and handling. Please be advised that all collectable and art items will be accepted for exchange or return only if returned in their original packaging within 30-days of purchase date.
Should you wish to return and/or exchange for new merchandise, please follow our instructions below: To prepare your return:
* An email for a return authorization number must be sent to returns@sportsprofilesplus.com. You must include the following information: Name (As appeared on Credit Card), Billing Address, Shipping Name, Shipping Address, Order Number, and Reason for Return. By not including all information, you may delay the actual return process.
* For tracking purposes, it is important that you ship your package via United Parcel Service (UPS) or insured Parcel Post. (We cannot accept C.O.D.'s)

How do I receive my refund for a returned item? We’ll notify you via email of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for your purchase to be processed within 7 to 14 business days of our receiving your return. If your return is not due to our error we will deduct the shipping costs from your refund.

How should I pack my returned item? Email our customer service department and request a return authorization code. Pack the items along with the packing slip (receipt) securely in a box. You can use the box the items arrived in or another box if you prefer. Affix the shipping label to the outside of the box. Send your package via UPS or UPS priority mail to ensure tracking abilities of your return. SPP is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during the return process.

Does choosing next day air mean my order will arrive tomorrow? Not usually. If your items are in stock, and not pre- orders or back -orders, they will ship within 1-2 business days and arrive on the following business day --a total of three business days.

How do I select a shipping method? Choose a shipping method. If several items in your order have varying availabilities, you will be given the choice of waiting to ship until your entire order (including pre-order items) is ready or shipping items as they become available. This second option involves additional per-shipment fees. Please note that if you choose to wait until your entire order is ready, we may occasionally send your items in separate boxes, but this will not affect YOUR shipping charge.

What if my refund is under $5? You will have your choice of a customized discount code redeemable for merchandise on our site or a refund. To utilize the discount, simply enter the code within the checkout process during your next purchase.

What is our policy on Fraud? If you shop on the SPP sites, you hereby represent to SPPKIDS.COM and SPPSPORTS.COM that you are over the age of 18, and may enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction of residence. It is your responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your account, password and to restrict access to your computer and email address. You also agree to accept the responsibility for activities that occur under your account, email address and password. SPP does not sell products to children, however we sell only to individuals over the age of 18 who can legally purchase with a credit card. SPP reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, cancel orders at its sole discretion. SPP will not be liable for any orders placed, or site registration, that incorporates fraudulent, falsified or stolen information.
